Location was excellent for our stay . Didn’t have breakfast
Another person on the bar to help out plus another person roaming the bar area clearing tables and taking the bar food menu quicker with your guests . They just need to be more on to it and that will increase turnover more

Service desk really disappointed and the impact is bad reputation for Accor….our booking in the morning was reaffirmed and a name added by 2pm we checked in and that booking was dropped out of the system the handling of this issue was unprofessional we were told we would get sorted half an hour later and now late to our event I was met with deflecting blame on booking.com and no-one took responsibility for your internal terribly bad service having spoken to two of your own staff who appeared highly stressed made me feel like an inconvenience because it was rush hour. Speak to your reception, and manager and do better Accor
