The property is located close to most of the attractions that we would like to do at the time. The host was super friendly, and the place was quiet, suitable for relaxation.

The photos were well taken, set us up with an idea of spacious living area. But in truth, the property size was a lot smaller than what we had in mine. Nonetheless, it was well kept, and well organised. The towels were newly supplied each day.

The staff were very good - the check in process was smooth and I was given a choice of rooms. I selected a lower level room to limit traffic noise and that turned out to be a good choice. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was of high quality. The room had reverse cycle air conditioning, which warmed the room nicely. The aluminium windows were openable, but a little stiff because of their age - I closed the windows over night as it was a little chilly outside. The kitchenette facilities included cutlery and crockery, which was useful. The hotel location was good for exploring Rotorua, and there was on site parking.

The bathroom was a little tight, specifically the space between the shower cubicle and the vanity. The shower cubicle was a comfortable size however.

Spacious apartment with a good layout. Helpful staff. Good location.

The single bed in the second bedroom was broken - missing a foot mid-way along the right-hand side. This has caused the bed to collapse on the right-hand side - not able to sleep in it. The apartments transfer the noise from adjacent apartment - noisy neighbors were problematic. Apartments should be furnished with basic cooking - salt / pepper / oil / sauce.
