Our room was great, comfy bed, secure parking, easy access to train station, central location.

Pennie at reception was extremely helpful and even organised a discounted cab back to the airport. Another gentleman from reception even carried our luggage to our hire care without being asked. Exceptional service with a smile. Good variety of eateries within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel was away from the main road and it was very quiet.

All was okay

Good location just a few minutes walk to the centre, cafes and restaurants are on the doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location. Good underground parking. Clean and comfortable bed, well equipped. Good aircon.

Room 15 is pretty small and there is only a small table to eat on. No oven. Gym is small and poorly equipped. Small lap pool that only takes 2 at a time. Have to pay extra for the parking but it is safe and convenient.

Great Location, close to Spark Arena where we needed to be. There was a swimming pool and gym which was a nice bonus (though we didn't use it) We had a two bedroom apartment that had two bathrooms and a really well equipped kitchen that was really spacious. Would definitely stay again!

The beds weren't that comfortable. Wasn't a big issue however

Bed was comfortable, cleaning staff were friendly, location was great, right next door to Sal's and around the corner from some great restaurants. Ubers are easy to find and the bed really was comfortable. Had sky tv, with movies and and sports.

The carpet was very old and faded. The pool did not seem to be renovated and was dirty, including a used plaster. Walls were a little thin and street noise was quite high due to the poor windows. The dryer did not work, meaning we could not do washing as we had planned.

the setting of the flat is very good for a family, with two rooms and two rest rooms. the open kitchen is also great

for a family, laundry is quite important and that is the reason why we booked this flat. however, the drying machine isn’t work so well. it took us half hour to handle it before it could really work. and ironically, the laundry area is placed inside the bed room, meaning that after such a tiring day when u arrived to the hotel and after bath at 2300 hrs, you have to bear with the laundry noise when u are sleeping, or, u just forget about the dirty clothes…..and ultimately, we chose to do our laundry and slept at 0200 hrs…

The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. Managed to get our room cleaned early so we could book in before we had to go to tennis which was great. Great to have parking underneath. location was excellent with cafes few metres away plus dairy. very easy to get to and to leave for southern motorway.

There was a switch in kitchen who’s wasn’t labelled and we didnt realise was for fridge and we inadvertently turned it off.

Bathroom shower constantly blocking up and flooded bathroom. Window broken unable to use on a very hot day other then that was really nice

Great location, walking distance to the city and tidy room perfect for a weekend getaway.

The bathroom was a bit tired and could do with an upgrade e.g there is no fan/ventilation in the bathroom

Starting to look very old, toilet flush button was falling apart and the hairdryer was also broken and definitely not usable, way too old.Bathrooms are the letdown.
