Comfy bed. Spacious room. Lovely surprise of a working turn table record player with old 75,s we could play in our room. Beautiful food.

Staff were excellent and the food was really good.
The ambience of the place too was lovely
The rooms are starting to look a bit dated now and the room I had, the small double is not fit to be advertised! It’s way too small. You can’t even walk around the bed it’s that tight! The bathroom is very dated, the carpet is grubby and smells as well as the cupboard. The quality of bedding is poor, there was hair in the pillow cases and not pillow protectors. There was no view, it was so cramped. It’s the worst room I have ever stayed in! Honestly Roslin do not promote this room for guests! It’s absolutely awful. I couldn’t wait to get out of this room. I complained but I was told you were fully booked so I couldn’t move rooms. If I could have got my money back I would have done and stayed at nearby family and friends it was that bad.
