La atención del personal de la recepción fue muy buena. El hotel está muy prolijo y limpio. Nos quedamos en habitaciones individuales, que están muy bien. Las almohadas no me resulataron muy cómodas, pero lo comenté en la recepción y me dieron otra opción que estaba muy bien. Las habitaciones individuales son todas muy similares pero varían en dos cosas. Las habitaciones impares tienen un buen placard y en el baño tienen ducha, la cual es realmente pequeña. Una persona grande apenas entraría. Las habitaciones pares tienen un placard muy chiquito y el baño tienen bañera y el espacio en general es un poco más amplio.
El hotel es muy silencioso y realmente tiene buena aislación acústica...no entran ruidos de afuera (aclaro que mi habitación daba a un patio interno y no a la calle) ni se sienten ruidos de otras habitaciones. PERO, y no es un pero menor, desde temprano se escucha mucho el ruido que hace el personal de limpieza. Es una pena que no sean más cuidadosos o que no empiecen más tarde.

Wunderhübsches kleines Hotel, sehr gut gelegen. Im Zimmer lagen statt der üblichen Gummibärchen kleine Bücher von alten Autoren. Das finde ich eine tolle Idee! habe mit Vergnügen eine Novelle von Fontane gelesen, die ich noch nicht kannte. Überhaupt scheint es ein literarisch interessiertes Hotel zu sein. Die Lobby ist gleichzeitig eine kleine Bibliothek
Es gab ein kleines Missverständnis beim Frühstück...ist nicht ganz geklärt, wie lange man nun tatsächlich den Frühstücksraum nützen kann...

Loved the person at front desk who greeted us upon arrival and produced a nice breakfast despite it being past the hours. Room was nice and clean. Good Breakfast in charming room. All felt like from another (better :) time
Small minibar would have been nice also ability to get breakfast later for people like us who were on jet lag. (First day was great but an exception).

I really like the decor and the ambiance of the hotel. It was on a quiet but well connected street. The room was a good size. I loved the guest sitting room.
Nothing really. It was perfect. I know some guests felt the bathrooms were small and I agree they were compact but definitely usable - and the plumbing was excellent with very hot water and good pressure.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel cosy très bien situé, tout à la fois au calme et en plein centre ville, avec un petit déjeuner copieux et excellent. Le personnel, très attentionné, nous a même offert un thé et un café accompagnés de petites gâteaux dans le salon commun le jour de notre départ, après que nous avons rendu la chambre et qu'il pleuvait. Ce genre de geste est très appréciable.
La chambre était un peu petite pour le prix, mais fonctionnelle, et avec une vue agréable sur la petite cour intérieure.

The location was perfect. Close to the underground to be able to access all the different parts of the city. It is a quiet but safe area. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The room was a comfortable size for two people and our luggage. The lounge is a lovely space to spend some quiet time with drinks available from the bar.
The shower itself is small, there was no room to move around without hitting an elbow on the glass or wall. Some basic amenities missing such as a kettle or iron - however not a deal breaker. We stayed 5 nights and the linen wasn't changed but this might be a standard that we are used to in Australia for hotel linen to be changed every 2-3 days.

Lovely hotel in a great location. There's no a/c so it is not for travelling in the summer. Rather than that, everything was lovely.

The suite has a good room and bathroom size as well as coffee maker, desk, bathtub and bathrobes.

Room was very small, bathroom very tight, would have appreciated tea kettle in the room or a free facility in the lounge room to make your own tea/coffee, tram noise meant windows had to be kept closed

The hotel has charm as it is located in a very old building. Lots of restaurants nearby. walking distance to Maximilian strasse and Prater.
Very hard to sleep in summer because there is no aircon, it is common for Munich, though. Woudk be careful booking it during hot summer nights.

The location was excellent. The room was comfortable.
I thought I would splurge and stay at this hotel. I felt it was not worth the money. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. It was nice to have a bottle of water. Yet when we wanted to buy another bottle the cost was over six euros. The front desk folks were not warm although polite. When ask about shopping the woman at the front desk was not very informative. The shower stall was tiny. My tall husband had a hard time taking a shower.
