Mercure Hotel Berlin City

Posizione centrale, personale perfetto tutto molto buono

Saluti

Great location and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Hard to regulate the temperature in the room and hot in the breakfast room.

Cleanness

The bedroom carpet felt tacky underfoot, clean bedding and towels. Very very basic. Nothing other than soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. Hairdryer worked well. No fridge A bottle of water was left on the first night but never replenished. Good double glazing considering the teams ran all night there was just a rumble. I had a queen size room for myself, I can’t imagine 2 people sharing, bathroom tiny!
