It is located within a 10min walk between the S and U Bhf. There are many dining options nearby too.
It was early autumn when I was there, so the weather was not very hot. The room does not have air conditioning so it could be an issue during the summer time.

I stayed 2 night from fri to sun during berlin marathon 2026. everything was great. location was good. it was very clean. single room is spacious. the area was quiet. bathroom was clean and nice. staff was very friendly. another good one was that i had to fly back on sunday after marathon. hotel offered a free shower after i finished marathon. so i didnt have to pay extra for late check out.
i wish the shower booth is a bit bigger. it was okay but a bit small. but i am not complaining on this. still manageable to shower.

"Posizione ottimale per girare a piedi.
Camera spaziosa e molto pulita.
Nonostante sia situato in centro, l’albergo è silenziosissimo"
