was really nice

my stay was ruined by a drugged up French ,Jewish man , he pestered me and my daughter for 4 days , and the staff couldn't do anything about it. i felt frightened in the hotel , and nearly got into a fight with this crazy man , he caused mayhem , for me and my daughter and the staff , i spent nearly £1200 on my stay , but couldn't enjoy hotel for half of my stay . i complained , several times , and was upgraded to executive lounge but couldn't enjoy it as this stupid man was running around the hotel , like he owned it . I'm very disappointed and very upset at what occurred . he had access to all the empty rooms on the 6th floor and caused mayhem ! and when i checked my pockets , he had put drugs (Crack) vaps and more there without my knowledge . i wish i could have my cash back as i had an awful time

Good location, friendly staff, good price. We had a room for 3 and it was nice and spacious. The restaurant in a lobby had very good schnitzel and espresso martini

We were staying only for one night(concert), and our room had a very bad smell (bathroom). Since we were there only for 1 night, we did not care much. Later before going to the concert we wanted to take a shower, bur the drain was broken (was before we went there) and it could not drain the water. We had to call the technician. He was very kind, but told us right away that it would be better to change rooms, that he will need another person to fix it, but we were in a rush. At the end he fixed it, but we get a room with a bad smell and broken shower. Otherwise the room was very nice. I understand that it is a big hotel, but i personally work in a hotel as well, and these kind of problems are usually known by staff. Thats why i dont understand why it wasnt fixed before our arrival. The bad smell as well, at least housekeeping must have smelled it when cleaning rhe room.
