Location, facilities, spacious rooms which is unusual in Europe

The aircon. I could not figure out how to turn on the cooling function. For someone who has travelled to 48 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, including some of the finest in the world, I think I am qualified to conclude it is not user-friendly.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly

1. Room service wasn’t 24/7 as advertised, it ended at 11pm. They also didn’t answer the phone and we had to go down to reception and complain where they stated they didn’t do room service. 2. Over zealous cleaning staff and workers entering your room to check minibar use/ clean bedrooms despite system being engaged for it not to be cleaned and us disturbed. 3. Hotel bar closed to residents at midnight. 4. Minibar stocked with one bottle of spirits , not much use when two desire the same drink. 5. Breakfast - cold eggs each morning presented for guests. I appreciate this was a temporary arrangement but this shouldn’t happen.
