OH MY GOSH! This place was absolutely wonderful. First of all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Second the location was fantastic - easy to get to both train stations and walking distance from lots of good places to eat and shop. Third the apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed. And finally - what a treat to be able to do laundry!! We LOVED staying here.

The customer service was absolutely amazing! The staff are so nice and welcoming, they even gave us a free bag of homemade dehydrated apple slices when we checked-out, as a gift, and they were delicious! The rooms were very clean and tidy - we had 2 bedrooms and both had their own bathrooms, which was very nice. The location is within walking distance to the town and train station, and we found this very convenient during our stay.

The kitchenette did not have any cooking oil or seasonings such as salt/pepper, so we had to purchase these ourselves at the supermarket, but this was fine as we continued using them throughout our trip in Switzerland.

Location was nice, very quite place, did visit in off season so was not busy at all. staff were lovely and helpful.

Had to pay for car parking even though we were the only guest in the car park.

Great location right on the banks of beautiful Aare river, within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. A small, family-run hotel which feels warm and homely.

1- The staff were so friendly and kind.( I mean everyone) 2- The location was fabulous since it contain mountains river, grass and walking area. 3- As a family my favorite moment to my kids since they enjoyed playing with the trampoline and outside area.

We spent 3 nights at Aparthotel Goldey and the stay was very pleasant. The kitchen was complete, the beds and shower were perfect for us. The scenery was beautiful as well and not too far from the train station. Sven was so helpful and reachable anytime we need help. Would definitely stay here again if i'll come to Interlaken again. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

This is the perfect hotel , everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts could not be nicer we have a wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious and we cannot wait to book our next stay !

The location of the hotel is excellent - you can reach everywhere on foot, and the view from the apartment was lovely. The breakfasts were excellent. The apartment, with everything included in it, was perfect, it included everything we needed - luxurious bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. The owners really go out of their way to provide excellent service, and help in any way possible. They helped us to get significant discounts on the vacation sites we visited. They helped us with many things related to the hotel, without asking for additional payment for them.
