Good breakfast, lovely small balcony overlooking the mountains, friendly staff, close to West Station and walkable to Ost or could use free buses. Close to a fabulous restaurant serving traditional Swiss food…advise booking ahead.
Not much insulation between floors so have to hope you don’t have noisy people upstairs

Quiet. Close to Interlaken West St. Friendly staff. A balcony. Breakfast included (didn’t eat though). Interlaken bus card. Tourist attraction discount.
Small bathroom. Shampoo bag is hard to rip open. No fridge. No AC (a fan instead). Duvet too thick for a warm night. Not enough sockets.

Location and view
The bathroom is small with a poor drainage system, and there’s no elevator or proper facilities. ⭐️⭐️
Breakfast is the same every day, and the lady cooking (Suzana) has poor communication skills and never smiles — her attitude toward guests is disappointing. However, the rest of the staff are wonderful and very helpful.
