Great location, 3-5min walk away from the Interlaken West train station, which makes it a good base to get to interlaken ost or other places of interest, which makes everything very convenient. Its also a short walk away from the Interlaken West shops and restaurants.
The hotel gives you bare minimum amenities, there’s no kettle in the room and no fridge, so you’ll have to rely on hot & cold water from the tap. There is a hot kettle in the buffet area, however it’s not available until 7:30, so not ideal for early starts. Make sure you also get your complimentary travel card at checkin as we didnt ask for ours and only remembered to ask on our last day.

Breakfast - excellent quality, and breakfast room quite clean. The added touch of freshly scrambled eggs was a nice surprise. Location - right near Interlaken west - and the view were wonderful.

Lovely quiet location.but only a short walk to train, restaurants and shops. Comfortable room with gorgeous views and great daily breakfast.

The staff were fabulous. The fellow in the morning breakfast was exceptional.
This hotel is quite aged and in much need of upgrades. Minimal amount of electrical outlets for today’s charging needs. There were 3 fans in the room that were quite ineffective and moved the warm air around. After much of the great staff assisting to get the TV to work, all efforts weren’t successful.
