Location was a little way out but manageable. A good buffet breakfast was provided and you could eat in the restaurant in the evening however we thought the meals in the evening could have been better. Staff were welcoming and friendly.. Overall, a good stay.
Carpet in the dining area needed a good clean and the toilet paper needed to be of a better quality, very thin.

This is a really nice hotel. Breakfast is amazing although a little pricy. Ate dinner in the restaurant and that was good too. Fairly centrally located while still being quiet.

Satisfactory room when we eventually got into it.
We had asked for an early check in as our flight landed at 10AM. We did not have a problem with not being given this. However, when we returned to the hotel at 3PM we were told our room was still not ready. As the hotel staff knew we were already in Salzburg this was really poor and we had to wait almost another hour before we could finally access our room.
