The restraunt was amazing.

Location in the Old Town was perfect…just steps away from shops, restaurants, churches, public transportation. The staff had already made up the sofa bed when we arrived. Mattress on sofa bed was very comfortable. So happy we chose this hotel for our stay in Salzburg.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised to discover that reaching the room required climbing stairs. Only after I explained that I was with an elderly woman was a solution found and we were moved to a room with elevator access. It was unpleasant that we had to argue about it. The mattress in the bed was very old, sunken, we woke up at night due to discomfort. The sheet had annoying fabric balls and had to be replaced, the towels were very old, thin and worn, the soap in the shower ran out, they didn't replace it and we had to take soap in a glass from the one above the sink. The hallways had an old smell of a place that wasn't ventilated enough. The receptionists didn't explain to us and didn't give us the vouchers for public transportation in the city on the day of arrival, I learned about this from one of the guests and only on the second day, when I contacted the receptionist, did he give me the vouchers. When it comes to a benefit for hotel guests, I expect to receive it on the day of arrival.
