L'emplacement est parfait. La taille de la chambre.
Suite à un orage, l'eau s'est infiltrée dans la chambre ! Incroyable pour un quatre étoiles ! Obligé de faire appel au gardien de nuit pour éponger les sols à 01h du matin. Même pas de geste commercial ! De plus, pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, ni bouilloire ou cafetière. Salle de bain petite ( w.c à l'intérieur) et douche étroite. Un quatre étoiles cet hôtel ? 😳

Super location in the old town. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, but over five years apart. We stayed in the newer rooms, which had a comfy bed. No soap in the shower, so bring some.
Breakfast is extra but quite delicious.
The staff lent us an iron and charging block when we lost ours. Would stay again if we came back!

Great location in the old town. Female staff very helpful.
Had an issue with an irregular noise which kept us awake on the first night. Reported it, was not resolved but we were not told. In the end we were given a room change. But it created a lot of inconvenience and if i hadn't pushed nothing would have been done. At check out it was admitted they'd had a similar issue in an other room so they obviously knew about it. Pretty poor.if you have mobility issues probably look elsewhere. It has a strange configuration of floors, stairs and lifts. No coffee making facilities.

The room is very spacious and has all the required amenities. I like the little touch with a small sewing kit, sandals, etc. The location is perfect for visiting the old part of town, and I walked both ways to the train station (~15-20min). I had a small issue with the room, but the staff helped fix it very fast. Everyone I interacted with was nice and helpful!
- For a business location, the internet definitely has to be faster. I had to work ~10 hours during my stay, and the speed was between 2–5 Mbits.. which is barely enough to have meetings.
- the blanket is very small, it doesn't cover me, and ut doesn't even reach both sides of the mattress.

Bed was hard and tiny duvet provided. Room was cold.

Staff was very friendly and the location was great! They even allowed me to store my bags for a couple of hours before my next train. I would definitely recommend.

Hotel location is really great. It is in a walking distance of everything!
It was very convenient but the room was very quit.
All staffs were very friendly too. The building and the room were clean.
The front desk is staffed for 24 hours.
So they can take care of all needs, unlike some of contactless hotels which leave guests helpless.
The ground floor restaurant (run by a different owner) is very popular and requires a reservation at busy time.
It was so close to the Salzburg Festspiele and I could come back quickly after a late night concert.
I love to stay this hotel again!

We loved our stay here! The rooms (we stayed in a family suite) were beautiful, quiet, comfortable and updated. Breakfast was exceptionally delicious! Kind staff and a location you cannot bear. Out the front door is the center of Salzburg!

fantastic location, within the heart of everything you want to see and do, everything within walking distance.
we were awoken every morning by construction on the other side of our wall in the building next to us.

The room was nice. The bed was comfy. The location was superb.
There wasn't tea kettle and tea in the room. But once we asked for one, we got it. The staff was really nice and helpful 😊
