Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Kapuzinerberg am Beginn der Fussgängerzone. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit Blick in den Garten. Das Spa im obersten Stock ist ein Traum. Mit dem kleinen Frühstück hatte ich eine Option, am Morgen eine Kleinigkeit zu frühstücken. Ich war rundum zufrieden und werde sicherlich wiederkommen für den Mozart100 ;-)

Staff were exceptional in all areas of the hotel. Wonderful welcome from Denise and this continued with all our other interactions. Room was comfortable with lovely underfloor heating in the bathroom. Food in restaurant was superb for dinner and breakfast. We will definitely revisit!

The hotel is known for its breakfast, which is superb. But the dinner, and the bar are also excellent. The location is very quiet, the garden highlight the calm of the place. Located within walking distance to the sightseeing places, this is a great place to stay.

Nos alojamos en la villa y fue de 10. La habitación muy acogedora, la calefacción la puedes regular tu como desees, tienes cápsulas de café y te. El desayuno ESPECTACULAR!!!! todo de buena calidad, orgánico, te hacen huevos revueltos o fritos al momento, bizcochos caseros. La chica que nos atendió en la recepción fue un encanto y muy simpática. Puedes hacer el check out y dejar allí la maleta hasta la hora de irte.
Lo recomiendo 100%.

The second night the air conditioning did not work at all, staff came to room and just.said, it should be working. It was a very warm night.
Very poor customer service from the late night lounge staff, we had to go to them for pretty much everything we wanted.

Such wonderful place to be at. Great design, great attention to the details, whilst being a calm and relaxing hotel Families feel highly welcome with many thoughtful gestures and options

Loved the charm of this hotel. We had a lovely garden view room and it was really quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. We loved the breakfast each morning and the variety was really good. The staff was really helpful and always available.
The shower in our room was in a very deep tub. The shower was great, but getting in & out was a bit difficult because it was so deep. They had a grab bar, but it was on the back wall and not on the side wall to hold when stepping out. I needed my husbands help to climb out so I would not slip.

The hotel itself is located in quiet area but a short walk (10-15 minutes) from the old part of Salzburg, and convenient to public transportation. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful in telling us how to get places, making dinner reservations, etc. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent service, check in/out just a breeze. Breakfast is excellent. They made the eggs ti your order and provided coffee latte. Staff are very friendly. Location is quite close to Old Town.
The building and facilities are a bit dated.

The room was newly renovated and was beautifully decorated. My son especially loved the garden at the back, especially with the bees!

Great breakfast, close to pedestrian area. When we checked, wee were given a map & shown the mAjor attractions & given restaurant recommendations.
Our room was in the villa, the staircase had some moldy smell but thank God not the room. A bit too expensive for what it is but maybe because we arrived at the start of the Festspiele.

Definitely exceeded expectations. Lovely design, beautiful quiet garden space and a really peaceful roof terrace. Around a 10 minute very easy walk to the edge of old town, cutting through the beautiful formal gardens, and no more than 20 mins walk to any of the museums etc in the old town.

It was a beautiful stay, the garden was lovely and great to eat meals on the terrace. The breakfast was outstanding and the room spotless, we had all we needed. Bed very comfortable. Was really easy to get to the area with cafes and shops nearby but the area itself was quiet and we enjoyed walking around looking at the historic buildings, and the swifts!

We stayed at this hotel so many times I lost count. They already know us there. So that shows how much we love it. It is the perfect hotel in the whole of Salzburg. Clean, comfortable, staff is very friendly and nice. Very helpful. Breakfast is amazing. Private parking on site…We never stay anywhere else if we need to go to that part of the world

We loved the breakfast, the staff and the style of the hotel. we thought the room was a great size and all the extra touches in the room were lovely. Food in the restaurant was delicious!
The AC was very difficult to understand and we couldn't get it to stay on longer than about 15 minutes which meant the room was very warm at night.
