Outstanding service and attention, even with the increased level of activities during fashion week. Excellent breakfast. Very intimate. Tastefull design.

Walking from Milano Centrale to the hotel through the neighborhood, we had a moment of doubt about our choice. But the second we arrived, all that worry disappeared. We were greeted so warmly, and the inside was refined and inviting , completely different vibe from the surrounding streets. The rooms were well prepared too, with really nice bedding and amenities, as well delicious biscuits with a welcome note. Location-wise, it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and 25-30 minutes to the Duomo, so still pretty central and walkable. What really stood out for us was the service. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and obliging, anytime we needed something, or were just hanging around in the lobby, someone was always offering to help. Simon in particular went above and beyond when we were sorting out our checkout and figuring out timing to get to our next destination. Would definitely recommend and stay again! The neighbourhood looks sketchy, but just be smart.

Extremely comfortable room with everything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable and the room quiet so we had an amazing sleep after travelling for 24 hours. The breakfast was also delicious and the staff very accommodating.
