Bar and Reception staff excellent. Room very clean.
Poor service for breakfast on the Saturday from one very disinterested waitress. Breakfast took 1:15. Two cooked food orders were wrong. Non-appearance of toast. Thanks to the other staff members in the room the problems were corrected,

The staff are so welcoming, approachable and friendly, nothing is too much bother. The building is a maze of comfortable relaxing spaces, rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is outstanding. The surrounding countryside is beautiful - we had a dog-friendly room with two large Airedales and the hotel staff including Nicky at reception were so kind and lovely. Thank you to everyone there for an exceptional stay!
