Lovely rooms in a great location

The breakfast wasn’t great, it was buffet style and some of the items were a bit dry

We arrived at the hotel and we had a upgrade as it was my partners birthday 🎂 so that was a lovely surprise, the room was a beautiful suite with balcony looking over lake Windermere

Nothing about the hotel just wished we had gone half board as we went into the town to have our tea and all 3 pubs where packed So next time we come up we will be staying half board

Not a lot

Separate area for dogs in dining area. Breakfast to be hotter.the website should tell you that there is no lift and there was no veryoffer to help with luggage when on the top floor.
