Great central location, comfortable standard size double bed. Owner very welcoming and helpful! Parking on street free.
Recommendations provided for breakfasts to match any budget provided, & the hot tip was spot on!
Be prepared for very small rooms, #1 had minimal space to walk around bed. Rooms 1 & 2 had no electrical sockets for use beside a bedside table.
Being prepared for this you’ll have a great stay in Windermere!

Room was clean and comfortable.
Beth was very friendly and provided a bottle of shampoo when I asked about it (I didn't realise the room didn't include it so I wasn't prepared). She also let us leave our luggage after check out, which was very handy.
The accommodation is very close to the centre of the town and the train station.
It was also nice to have a dining area with a coffee machine, small fridge, water and fruit in the morning!
The lack of hangers in the bathroom (toilet). There was nowhere to hang the hand towel.
It would have been nice to have to some shelves in the bathroom to put our toiletries.
We found two spiders in the top window corners.

Lovely place to stay.
Not far to walk to from train station.
Comfortable, clean spacious family room, good facilities. Beth very friendly and accommodating. Windermere is a friendly place and good to explore surrounding areas from.
Recommend staying here.

Clean, walking distance to shops
Bathroom facilities very old
Hot water in shower was tricky - kept going very hot and very cold.
