V nice room and location
Did not have hot water on our first night. Tried calling for help but didn’t hear back until 2 hrs later. By then had decided to go to sleep without showering. Thank goodness for body wipes

Great location - Bowness on Windermere is a 20-30 minute easy walk. Bus and railway are just around the corner.
From entering the property there was a lovely aroma filling the hallway. Access was easy using the code I was provided. I had received an upgrade prior to my arrival, I couldn’t have asked for more with this. As soon as I entered the room, it was warm, smelled lovely, music playing on the radio and the area looked cosy! I loved the decor of the room and the added extras such as a sweet treat, water and a bath bomb. I found the bed, pillows and duvet very comfy and felt very at home.
I would recommend this place to stay if you are visiting the Lake District. It was perfect for me :)
Mini Fridge was a bit noisy but didn’t keep me awake at night.
