Great location in the of all the attractions , staff were wonderful and very helpful

We couldn’t have found a better location in the heart of Annecy. We were surrounded by the original charm of old Annecy centre and had an abundance of cafes, restaurants, shopping, and ice cream everywhere we went. The hotel itself is very cute and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable and well appointed, and the decor is charming. Having a lift is a huge bonus, as is air conditioning. Unfortunately the main unit overheated thanks to the massive heatwave, but we can’t hold that against the hotel - so many things are breaking down everywhere due to the heat. The reception/bar/breakfast room retained a functional air conditioning unit and was very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed. The Sunday market was right around the corner and an absolute delight. The parking restrictions can be tricky but the staff went out of their way to ensure we got our bags into a taxi and got to our train on time.

Great location! It’s in the heart of the city!

No ac and when I say no ac I mean it was oppressively hot outside and inside- we were never able to cool down
