The Styling of the whole hotel , loved it
comfortable rooms , the garden area was a lovely peaceful retreat to relax in after lots of walking and cycling and refreshing as it was quite hot during our stay
The breakfast was expensive for what was available and so we didn’t have it
There was no tea or coffee availed in our in our room - having to go down to the dining room all the time was annoying

Very nicely decorated rooms and very clean.
Great location.
No staff on the property from 4 pm until 7 am.

The location was excellent. Close to the lake, old town, restaurants and bike hire.
The cleaners were not very efficient, never emptied the bathroom bin or refilled the water bottle, and the fresh towels they left thrown on the bed or the bedside chair.
Also there are not many staff around to assist at most times during our stay.
