Well appointed large hotel with excellent facilities. On-site safe car parking
30 minute walk to main town. This was obviously expected but is a little too far out. On the main road which is quiet at night but definitely not during the day. Bike hire on-site in the hotel was poorly managed but the other main bike hire shop next door (number 47) was first class - would recommend using them

Excellent location - 30 min walk from bus station and Old Town .
E bike hire on site - 40 mins from tallories which is a must see for a swim.
Lovely breakfast
Beautiful clean, spacious, well decorated room and bathroom, lovely shower.
Our room 127 was overlooked by the gym and overlooked a carpark and a school, had to draw the closed curtains for privacy which left no natural light or room in complete darkness.

The rooms are really comfortable and spacious
Had to ask for more milk twice, not enough in the room for hot drinks and the bar service was a little slow

Location and comfortable large rooms
Checkin (4pm) and checkout - checkout is at 11am which creates huge queues. The spa area could be more cozy for this type of location - it gives the feeling of a public bath with no one around to monitor things - only one person stick at the entrance. Be aware that they debit your guarantee even if you settle at checkout, which is weird and may create cc limit issues.
