Good clean room.
Good to be able to pick up extra milk, teabags etc for room without having to ask at reception.
Near to shops to be able to walk to easily.
Plenty of parking
Breakfast OK as included in room price but nothing special. Coffee machine out of order for most of our stay.

Room great, Breakfast lovely and a comfy bed
The coffee machine did not work correctly Flat white coffee came out black both days even after asking for the milk in the machine to be fixed. He did fill the machine but it still did not give correct coffee. There was only one chinese man on breakfast service and he was rushed doing everything............. but sadly spent a heck of a long time speaking to chinese guests............... Well over an hour from what we could see

Room was super clean. staff were fantastic and parking was excellent. Apart from the TFIFridays being closed and the overall area looking a little shabby, the hotel was great. The staff even advised the small Italian run pub next door was great for food, which it was.
Overall shabbiness of the area, not helped by the closed TFIFriday next door.

Convenient location, comfortable room for breaking up long drive to scotland
Breakfast needs work. Cereal, pastries etc ok but hot food was not great... sweaty hash browns and questionable sausages.
