Thought the DJ was playing until 8 so brunch came to a quick end, was a little disappointed that we didn't all have a chance to dance after brunch.

Breakfast and room with gym was as good as last time

We paid for breakfast which was not recognised my collage had to pay again, until this was added due to computer , also parking pre paid but not recognised, again we had to pay separately , then parking was charged to both rooms for same car , was promised refund but as expected seen no refund or contact room 140 and 169

Gym facilities are great, gutted I didn't use spa as was busy but will next time. Arrived to check in with nights team as a loan woman, they were busy with a busy bar and checking in a group of men (they immediately supported me for a swift check in, upgraded me and genuinely read the room and were a grewt bubbly energy towards us all in the correct mannerism) I manage a hotel and so it was great to see such a fab night's team looking after your property at night! Lady on sunday morning was also a delight! Top work team 👏🏻

It was only the noise, I assume from the tin building with rain next door - and I was lucky enough to have a heavy footed person above me that kept getting up. But I also appriciate 'peace and quite isn't found in city vibrant hotels - il be back regardless as is a.perfect midway point for me and my partner to meet ! Thanks 👌🏼

Easy check in process, and easy to access rooms and spacious rooms

The toilet was dirty, room wasn’t cleaned properly, lack of amenities in the room, there was no toilet brush in the bathroom to clean the toilet, no phone in the rooms to call reception, no fridge for drinks, room would benefit from a dressing table or similar set up as there was only one full length mirror which was far away from sockets and the table which is annoying when getting ready as a woman. The bathroom was quite dirty so we couldn’t even shower, we only stayed one night so we were able to go home but I can imagine how that would be terrible for longer stays.
