Fantastic room, friendly staff, good location, nice vibe. Overall a good experience and we would recommend the hotel. The only downside was the fact that the wellness facility was not open - see comment below.
The only criticism is that we'd booked the hotel after flying on from the southern hemisphere on the understanding that the spa and wellness facility would be operational but as it turns out it is being refurbished. This was a disappointment and we felt the website was misleading.

Outstanding professional friendly staff. As a new hotel the rooms and corridors are spotless, the towels are fluffy, robes are luxurious and the beds the most comfortable I have experienced in London in the last four years ! Highly recommend the Indigo K West.

The decor and friendly staff.
The chair in the room was a bit uncomfortable.
