The location, comfortable bed, very quiet.
Parts of the room are showing their age with wear and tear. The bathroom shower has an issue with its drain and there was a foul smell coming from it, the shower head was also quite dirty. It put me off from using it.

Very clean and comfortable - quiet room
Room was a little hot (despite adjusting the temp)
No tea or coffee in the room (peppermint tea only!)

Loved the unique design and the art installation pieces. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The shower was amazing and for the cost and what you got it was definitely a win. Plus a good location only 10 mins walk from Westfield and Shepherds bush Station.

The room was clean, nice and comfortable bed. Good enough for the cheap price. Staff at the front desk were amazing. Very nice people and we were able to drop our suitcases off before check-in time.
The cleaner was extremely intrusive about cleaning the room. He repeatedly opened the door without warning, for instance, while we were getting dressed, sleeping, or showering. He even turned off all the lights, despite knowing someone was in the room and showering. When he returned to clean, we let him go ahead with it even though we were still getting ready. The cleaner smelled strongly of sweat; while I understand it is hard work and you may get a little sweaty, it is unpleasant to have the entire room filled with someone else's body odor.
