Tea in morning was cold . Nothing in mini fridge No children friendly snacks. Drinks very expensive. No bubble bath . Only 2 toilet rolls.

First morning for breakfast had to ask for a cup of tea they weren’t very attentive

exceptional breakfast staff was very helpful and polite we were upgraded to a studio as the hotel had no twin rooms available at no extra charge

Fabulous room in an excellent location for all the theatres. This was our second time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. I highly recommend. Breakfast was delicious and our room was really big with a large double bed and big (very comfortable) pull out sofa bed. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and the staff were all very friendly.

Can't fault this hotel, our stay was perfect.

Easy to find, quiet, perfect temperature, amazing breakfast, very attentive staff, very easy check out and check in. Wonderful views from window. Fantastic shower. Super comfy bed. Nice gym. Affordable if going cheapest room and still spacious.

The room was a little too hot at first. There was chewing gum on the floor of the room. The TV was a little small. The bottles could have been more sustainable. Window cleaning happened at 8am. There was a £100 deposit for the room.

The bedrooms are now looking very outdated and are in need of refurbishment black mastic around the bath and i must say probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed i have stayed in

The lobby was lovely, staff were welcoming and friendly.

The bathroom in our room was very dated and unclean. The sink was not draining nor the bathtub. The room was disappointing for the price paid, even with the upgrade of a room with a view unfortunately.

The AC stopped working, and blew nothing but hot air, they said they were going to bring some fans for us, but never brought any. The 2nd to last day there was a puddle under in the carpet next to the door. Most likely from the AC, so we ended up walkinh with shoes inside the room. Tldr; Little helpful staff when there was a problem with the room

no vehicle access to get dropped off or picked up, our driver couldn't find way in to hotel so we had to carry our bags for 200 metres to reception. Maintenance in the room was very poor, squeaky doors, large scuffs on walls from lounge chairs, coffee machine leaking, No inroom info for room service, phone had bad static, No Mini Bar but was advertised as having one,

Die perfekte Lage in Stadtzentrum. UBahn Station direkt aus Heathrow erreichbar und nur wenige Meter zu Fuß zum Hotel. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück war für die englischen Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig. Viele Speisen können auf Wunsch vorbereitet werden.
