The staff were exemplary

Perfect location within easy reach of theatres etc. Staff were wonderful, really cared and worked well as a team. Room and all areas very clean and well kept.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. They upgraded my room because it was my 50th Birthday and they decorated the bed, gave me a bottle of complimentary prosecco and brownies. Such a lovely surprise.
The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay. The location is also fantastic especially if you are going to see a show, it's literally on the doorstep.
A huge thank you to Josh and all the reception team. We booked 3 rooms and had a wonderful time, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

La posizione e la pasticceria adiacente per la colazione non compresa , il cestino di frutta e l' acqua in camera ogni giorno
La pulizia non adeguata alle 4 stelle, il cambio lenzuola non rispettato come da accordi, se non protestato avrebbero cambiato le lenzuola una volta in 7 notti. La moquette non aspirata quotidianamente, la stanza non ancora pronta alle 13 . Mi pare possa bastare a non essere soddisfatti visto il prezzo pagato.
