Our experience was wonderful. It is in a perfect location for theatres. It is spotless and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had breakfast which was excellent. The staff were polite & very helpful. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely nothing

The big bed, the friendly staff, tea facilities, tv selection, heating.
The shower toggle is really stiff (room 510). The room got quite cold in the night without the heating on. Would be great to be able to open the bathroom window.

Location is great. 5min walk to Holborn tube station for the Piccadilly and Central line and Less than 10 mins to Tottenham Court Road for the Northern, Central and Elisabeth lines. Easy walking distance to heart of theatre land and British museum just round the corner.
Breakfast is decent, good range of food on offer.
Staff always helpful and ready to help.
Rooms are clean if a little dated, but have good air conditioning. Beds as are comfy enough.Ensuite is good with a nice rain shower above the bath.
Third time staying at the Thistle Holborn, always been happy with our stay.
Decor may need a bit of updating.

Location, very close to Covent Garden and Soho theatres
Definitely not worth the price, very average facilities. Outdated carpets and rooms
