Breakfast was excellent. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Very easy to get taxis and access central areas of London on foot. Staff were extremely friendly and approachable and very professional.

It would have been nice to have ambient lighting in my superior single room but that is only a small complaint. Overall both rooms booked suited our family needs perfectly.

It’s central and near all locations. 3 minutes to the metro.

Old, not renovated. Carpets had stain; utilities were not working.

The Location was fantastic for the purpose of our stay. The main lobby and facilities were exceptional.

Respect de la demande d'un geste pour un anniversaire. La chambre était confortable, juste le regret que l'une des chambre avait l'airco trop frais et difficilement réglable.

Un seul ascenseur est un peu juste pour accéder aux étages ! Disponibilité de pouvoir manger tardivement pas possible. Nous avions un spectacle à 19h45, sommes donc rentré à l'hotel vers 22h30. Impossible de manger à l'hotel à cette heure là !

Rooms are very small

Had a King Room which was spacious with a sofa too. Comfy bed and a decent bathroom, good night's stay. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, did the job and the staff from check-in/out to the restaurant were nice and friendly. Great location, not far from the British museum with car parking a few hundred yards away. Stay again, no problem.

Air con didn't work properly in our room and the bath was tight even for a bloke like me who isn't exactly wide! Only minor quibbles though.

Proche du centre ville.

La chambre pour une personne est beaucoup trop petite. On dirait une grande chambre qui a été divisée en deux. Pas de table de chevet. Télévision à droite du lit, pas pratique. La salle de bains-WC est plus que minuscule, ainsi que la douche. Impossible d'utiliser la douche efficacement, le pommeau étant fixé au mur et pas réglable. Prises électriques et pommeau de douche branlants. Une partie du mur est effrité. Beaucoup de personnel, mais peu efficace, surtout au restaurant. Nous avons dû attendre assez longtemps alors que trois employés discutaient tranquillement au bar, j'ai dû me déplacer pour me manifester, alors qu'il n'y avait pas de monde. Inacceptable. Pas possible d'avoir juste un café et un croissant pour le petit-déjeuner, donc buffet obligatoire. 25 pounds pour un café et deux croissants. Incroyable.

The washbasin is wee bit small.

The reception staff were wonderful. Michael, the concierge was very helpful and had great dining suggestions.

The only drawback was the lack of a power outlet besides the bed but the desk had multiple power outlet options.

The hotel is very central for a business trip. Tottenham Court Road station is close by. The hotel room is very well structured and provides a lot of comfort to a business traveller. The bathroom includes a bathtub. The staff are very helpful. Ravi at the reception exhibited exceptional customer service and was extremely helpful.

The breakfast choices could be upgraded. Had lunch at the nearby same hotel chain restaurant Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury street restaurant and they had more choices than this hotel. The rooms do not have next-to-bed charging ports or stations (which could be helpful for electronic device charging).

Läget var det bästa och sen var frukosten jättebra. Sköna sängar.

Als erstes natürlich die Lage, zentraler geht es nicht. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, zwar etwas klein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

When I turned up to the property - it was full. They moved me to another property, and staff were friendly. The other property then charged me for my stay, using the preauthorisation to take it without ever confirming they were taking it, as did this property, so due to their error I have been charged twice (double) for one stay. Whilst I appreciate mistakes happen, I have reached out for help and neither team nor head office have responded - to my request for refund of one payment - so support has been nonexistent.

Les membres du personnel on été tellement accueillants, aimables, arrangeant et cordiaux. On ne peut pas rêver mieux. Nous avons même croisée une serveuse francophone qui nous a aidé à faire la traduction. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé en plein centre de Londres. Il y a les transports en commun à proximité. La chambre est parfaitement équipée, spacieuse et très confortable.

Leuke, gezellige kamer. Alles heel schoon. Voortreffelijk ontbijt. Supervriendelijk personeel. Goede locatie nabij metro.

Vloerbedekking was vlekkerig.

Gute Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstück, nette Bedienung, auf dem Zimmer hatte es eine Nespressomaschine (mit Kaffee) sowie einen Wasserkocher und Teezubehör

Posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con la metro.

I liked the location and the bed was comfortable. My room was small but was well appointed. Good bathroom.

Bar closed earlier than expected.

The hotel was extremely well maintained, sparklingly clean, comfortable and staffed by friendly, efficient, professional, caring men and women. We felt welcomed and cared for by all employees. We shall be back!

Bed and bedding was lovely, large room, warm, breakfast was good.

Our room was at the top of the stairs by the lift and two doors. The doors banged loudly everytime anyone went through. This caused a very disturbed sleep. Bathroom was too small.
