The staff are always friendly and are more than happy to help with any requests or answer any questions.

I have stayed before and it is a wonderful place to stay. This time round tho the noise from the corridors was much louder within the room we were in and during the spa their were a group of took the opportunity to try to make some “sexy” scene for their socials which made the experience some what awkward and off putting and it’s a lot of extra money that’s you pay for the spa to be feeling this way.

Friendly, courteous staff, good sized rooms, clean, excellent breakfast - huge variety, and the meal at The London Carriage Works was excellent, thank you :) Also lots of relaxing, chill out areas. Looking forward to staying again and checking out the Spa and Cinema, didn't get chance this time :)

Room right next to an air con system.So the noise was horrendous.

stay here lots and like the friendliest staff and lovely bedding/towels etc - always good facilities in room

this time our room wasn’t as good as normal and air con noisy- it was very warm and needed it on also needs hand soap at the wash basin ! last 2/3times there’s only been a tiny shower gel between 2 of us and it’s not enough!!

We were unaware that the use of the swimming pool etc were not included in the price and that it would be £55 each to use those facilities for 2 hours. Which is what I specifically booked this hotel for, i.e., swimming pool. Also got chicken & tomatoe sandwich for room service when i ordered beef & cheese option. Was too hungry and tired to complain.

the whole point in coming to the hotel was to use the spa this was made unavailable to us as there was no room! even after the fact of me making sure I pre booked it I messaged and called up a week in advance to book the spa I was told that I would do this on the day of check in! I was extremely disappointed when we were told we would not be able to use the spa facilities as no one had booked us in. the woman who checked us in at the desk was the best thing about the stay she was lovely.

Instructions on how to turn off and adjust the air conditioning which was not only very noisy, but my husband and myself awoke to a cold room, although I was already awake as the noise prevented me sleeping.
