The staff are a credit to this hotel, pleasant and very friendly. The breakfast was very good but no square sausage was the only disappointment.

Has changed from previous stays. Cooked breakfast lower quality and mine was cold. Less choices in buffet. Appears to have been a saving exercise.

Having stayed at many other Apex hotels, unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations. Looked dated in the upstairs corridors. We also had to wait a long time for breakfast to arrive after ordering, as at least 3 couples who arrived after us were served much quicker. We had to ask the waiters were our breakfast was as seemed as if we were missed!!

The room was very spacious and loved the space from teh bathroom through to the lounge. Great to have a robe each and toiletries.

The shower toilet room had a funky smell, it did not seem like the fan was working. The shower would leak water outside the shower and then into the floor area with the sink. We had to use two towels to mop up the water spillage every time after a shower. You can see mould on the shower corners. I think it all needs to be upgraded in that section. The TV did not work properly and would sometimes switch off.
