Excellent location in the heart of Derry, staff were nice, great atmosphere around the place
It is in dire need of modernisation, we stayed in a junior suite, it had a phone that looked from the 80s and no joke, there was a Dvd player! With no DVDS, I'm not sure who is carrying about DVDs in 2026. The toilet was loose from the ground, the bath handle was loose which could be dangerous, the windows were very dirty but the view was stunning. Breakfast was beautiful too!
Overall we liked our stay and would stay again. Looking forward to seeing the improvements when the Hilton take it over

Ottima colazione, personale disponibile, camera pulita, parcheggio privato. Ad un passo dal centro.

Location was good
£14 a parking was pretty poor I thought. The hotel used to be great but the condition of the room has went down a lot since we last stayed. The room was dirty and the bathroom had a smell. The breakfast wasn’t great either
