Staff very friendly, we got an unexpected upgrade. Property was really well presented throughout with additional touches like sweets and lovely patio area. Comfortable bed, great wifi and fabulous shower. Would stay here again, excellent value for money.
We had to wait a little bit for check in past the suggested time, but had a comfortable space to wait in.
Biggest let down was the sink in the bathroom, drain clogged with dust and hair which made it difficult to use -- I had to clean my teeth in the shower.

When I came to the Lawrence to register for 22 Square, I was put up in a studio attached to the Lawrence. It was extremely nice with a little side room and a private bath. The included breakfasts were varied and very good. The extra "writers" breakfast for a small added fee was fantastic and set you up for your day.
There was nothing about the experience I could criticize. From the noise level to the hot showers to the kitchen facilities to the location--it was all wonderful!

David gave us an exceptionally warm welcome and was very helpful and friendly!
It was an excellent location for what we needed.
I didn’t like the shared bathrooms, or the fact that it was very noisy all night.
