Smooth check in with friendly staff, room was recently renovated so clean and fresh, walking distance to resturants and town centre

Bed was not the best

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet, inclusions were as expected. Walking distance to shopping and dining was perfect my expectations were met and exceeded

Size and location

Internal door locked. A little tired. Lighting is a tad old and dim.

Location to town centre, staff.

The exhaust fans in the bathroom were filthy, one at a jaunty angle, and the noise they made when on were comparable to an aircraft taking off making the bathroom light prohibitive during the night lest waking the hotel floor. The fridge could not be opened without it joining you in the kitchen, I.e., you had secure it before attempting the door. Cob webs very apparent on window / fly screen , needs a good clean, like the bathroom exhaust fans.

That there completely no homophobic behaviour.

Nothing I didn’t like.

I thought I'd booked a 2 bathroom unit but we only had 1

It was close to shops

No towels, fridge was clogged with ice and started leaking in the morning. They have a kitchenette but the exhaust fans were not working, exhaust fans were not working in bathroom.

The food at the restaurant down stairs was very nice and they fitted me in at very short notice

There was a lot of noise going on in the hall way with other people staying there , I had to look up a number to call for assistance from staff , and that person didn’t really sound to confident on fixing the problem. I would have been nice to have a number there I could have called and got told we will sort it out straight away , in the end the noisy people did eventually go , however , that was by 1:30-2:00am in the morning , and I know I wasn’t the only one to complain
