The welcome at the front desk was great. There'd been a mix up with my booking (multi rooms on wrong days had been booked), the person who greeted me managed it seamlessly. The people working in the restaurant were relaxed, welcoming and fun, the restaurant wasn't busy but it was a mix of ages etc and the managed the conversations well, were charming and engaging.
It would be nice to have a different form of coffee in the hotel rooms. I'm not a fan of instant coffee and there didn't seem to be an alternative.
