Nice rooms with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!

Your front desk people were very helpful resolving a booking issue. The food and dining service were very good, especially the dinners, and the enclosed outdoor patio is very nice.
There wasn't anything that I disliked. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. The shower tub was a little hard to get in/out of. I find the views that face the mountains nicer than the views that look into the windows of the building across the street. The fitness room is adequate but a little limited. Several of the elliptical machines weren't working.

Great location and service
The mattress were extremely soft, breakfast lacked variety and the parking system is really bad (you need to ask for a card every time you leave the hotel and is located in a different tower than the one in which you stay)
