El hotel es muy lindo y habitaciones muy cómodas

Caminando no hay tantas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas

Not much average hotel, breakfast is bad pure sugar and carbs, had some stale scrambled eggs and tea.

The staff is in bad mood, treats guests as they are making you a favor, un existent hospitality.

Noise outside of the room

We were very disappointed in the dinner facilities. We needed a dinner after a long trip and counted on the restaurant facilities offered. At arrival the reception send us to the bar or restaurant, but at arrival the bar and large part of the restaurant were in use for a private party. The menu was very very limited (2 meat choices, 2 fish choices and one veggie). Restaurant staff were completely occupied in the party and the food they presented did not meet standards. The meat was cold inside! The only positive were the excellent pisco sours. The room was mixed up, our suitcases in one, but the key of another room!! In the end we slept in a single junior room! We complained at checkout and did not have to pay for the cold meat and drinks. Still we did not have a meal! So overall, sorry: NOT GOOD.
