DoubleTree by Hilton Santiago - Vitacura

Everything was perfect! We stayed here before our trip to Atacama and liked it so much that we decided to book again for our stay after Atacama, before leaving Chile. The staff were always very kind and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was delicious! The gym was also nice, but the beds deserve a special mention — they were absolutely amazing! We had some of the best nights of sleep we've had in a long time. The location is great too, on a pleasant street close to Costanera Center and bus stops, with the metro also within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stays here and would happily come back again! And the warm cookie is always a lovely and tasty welcome treat! 😋

Lugar acogedor

Las televisiones no son smartTV por ende no se puede ver Netflix, además de que habíamos contratado cierto tipo de habitacion porque decía que incluía bañera, pero al llegar nos dieron un shower ya que no quedaban bañeras disponibles

The staff is great. Friendly, sweet, and sharp. The room service breakfast is very good. Had a nice dinner at the restaurant -- food was good! Great location, and the room is spacious.

The room looked a little dated (e.g., banged up furniture, a stain here and there). The bed was not made well. And the shower took a while to get warm.
