Convenient location, delicious breakfast, comfortable arrangements. The front desk was very helpful when we had to pivot with our travel plans.

Paula at the bar. She was the one that made me think twice to give a low score to the hotel. She was kind, friendly and chatted with me every day during my after work lunch and recommended places to go.
Breakfast is nice and varied.
The location is great. Nice are and safe.
The rooms are great.
They gave me a far away room and had 2 big suitcases with my carry on and there is no help. Fend for yourself hotel.
The staff on front desk cant resolve anything beyond your check in or any other services that will cost you money. No customer service as you would expect of a hotel of this category.
No water in the room. You have a pitcher and the water dispenser is by the elevators, no room service.
My room was modly where the a/c was. Gross and disgusting. Told this to the staff and they couldnt care less.
