The location is perfect, close to everything, with a direct tram line straight to the airport, which made the stay extremely convenient. The host was wonderful, super open to all our questions, and always ready with helpful local tips.
Breakfast was more than excellent, and the entire place was very clean and neat.
Highly recommended.

Murray was very helpful and friendly. His communications with us before and during the stay were excellent. The location is handy for the train station and the tram for the airport. It is also close to the Leith Walk, Princes Square and the Royal Mile.

The host Murray and the folks working there were excellent! You can tell from the first time you see and speak with Murray that he has a passion for what he is doing. He was very informative and professional. The breakfast was excellent and the dining area was comfortable and very nice. We slept so well on the beds and felt very well rested and fed for our time in Edinburgh.
The stand up shower was a bit tight for a larger man like myself, but I also wish I wasn't as large. The drain in the shower moved around, but I did have a few other accommodations later in our trip who also had the same type of drain cover with the exact same issue. I think it was a manufacturer's issue not the property owner's.
