Great location, very clean and excellent staff!

Breakfast was not included but discounted at a small Cafe next to the hotel. Food was great.

We were given a handicap room which we didnt need, arrangements were awkward.

The staff were very attentive. There is no parking during the day in front of the hotel, so you have to park around the corner and haul your luggage up a hill. We called the front desk and Oliver showed up to our car in an instant and carried most of our luggage up for us. There is no breakfast onsite, but they offer a discount at the cafe on the street level. The room was huge! I was expecting a tiny little room like most inner-city hotels. I will always stay here when in Edinburgh.

Awesome location! Best you could think of! Very nice hotel. Rooms are quite spacious, look like the photos. The beds are comfy. The hotel itself is very nice, and it looks quite new. The staff is great.

The price is high, but I think that's everywhere in the centre of Edinburgh. Apart from that, everything was great. It would be nice to have breakfast options, there's no breakfast available. But they give you 15% discount to a nearby cafe.
