The breakfast was good. Would have liked to have seen boiled eggs and semi skimmed milk on the menu
Location was perfect
The staff were brilliant especially Connor, Caitlin and John who went above and beyond
Loved the modern, quirky decor and the toiletries were of good quality in the bathroom
The view from the window

Great location, very comfortable and clean. Super friendly staff. Perfect choice.
Nothing.

The location, close to the Royal Mile and the restaurant, was surprisingly good and the staff was very knowledgeable. We loved that we could check in early and the rooms were impeccable
I think my only complaint was that we didn't get small washcloth size towels after the first day - they replaced or other towels but didn't provide new wash cloth - that was a bummer

It’s a good value overall
They assigned me into 3 person room instead of a single room so I had two beds in the room making me feel lonely on a solo trip
