The hotel is near to the tram line 10 that comes from Basel, so it is really easy to get there. The hotel is nice and spacious with restaurants and the staff is excellent! Very helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices, fresh foods (especially liked the fresh orange juice squeeze machine). The rooms are nice and clean with complimentary water bottle and snacks (apple, peanuts, Haribo). What a wonderful place to stay at for a couple nights!

The shower at room 206 has a problem with the hot/cold water. I was taking a warm shower and it suddenly changed to really hot water. This happened a couple of times, the water just comes normal/warm then suddenly comes out boiling hot.

Wonderful hotel lovely personnel, delicious coffee and food.

No air-conditioning and breakfast finishes too early on weekdays.

Good hotel on bicycle route to Rome. Clean and good facility for one night.

No service at the time I needed something. Bar closed in late afternoon and late evening. No restaurant. Could get a bootke of wine to dri k outside. Nevertheless close to my bicycle route to Rome.

Got charged twice and now after more than one month, have not yet received the refund, and nobody seems to care :(

Disappointed there was no garden area to walk around but understand after seeing the location.

The only positive thing is the location has everything close and direct tram to the city center.

The hotel does not accept all types of payments or all bank cards. For this reason, the treatment at the hotel was bad. Breakfast is acceptable but little variety is just the basics.

Free parking, amazing restaurant with local products and very good cordon bleu. Room stylish and super clean. Very happy for the price/quality factor.

Very nice hotel; super comfortable. Staff was super friendly. I arrived late and still managed to have a very nice dinner with homemade and local products. Good breakfast. Really good!
