The rooms were lovely, laid out well, comfy bed and great shower. Food was fantastic and breakfast particularly was superb! Staff where amazing - that was the highlight. Really looked after our group and where a testament to the hotel!

The staff were brilliant. Great service and very friendly. Food was very nice too. Very nice pub.
The rooms were very basic for the price (we paid £250 for 1 night). I also hadn't realised the rooms would be right next to a train line. So we had to keep the windows closed due to the noise.
We only stayed one night, so didn't really need a wardrobe. But the room only had a small built in cupboard that was half the height of a normal wardrobe that was also shared with a kettle. Not practical if you have clothes to hang up
