Great location and a comfortable stay good food and good beer !!
The property was great just that for a bank holiday weekend was rather quiet. I prefer to see more people so made my stay there less enjoyable than previous years

I had a “ room with a view “ anyway it made me laugh when I opened the blind 😉

Location great, downstairs bar restaurant and outside area lovely to sit and relax.
Stayed in a family room, tv very small, and there was a very loud aircon/fan continually on from when we arrived till about 11pm ish. Almost sounded like it was under our room and was loud enough to hear over the tv. This would be my main criticism.
