The Royal Hotel

An excellent hotel situated close to town centre shops and theatres. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Very good bars and dining room. Great breakfast with a good menu choice. Beautiful room with sea views.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel and we will be booking again soon.

Family live in Weston and we use this hotel at least annually. It is in such a good location and staff are great.

No warning about the bands in the hotel all afternoon although that didn't bother us as the weather was so beautiful we were out and about.

Location is perfect, building and staff lovely.

The only tiny negative thing was the bed. Springs were little lumpy.

Excellent location, close to the uni, the beach and local restaurants with a car park right outside. Breakfast choice was limited but everything they did have was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Sturdy bunk beds for my children in the family room.

We had a family room at the front of the hotel which we booked months in advance. The room was basic, tired and not as nice as other rooms we have stayed in at this hotel sadly. No toiletries provided as advertised, not even a glass in the bathroom to pop my toothbrush in. We felt that we were given a rubbish room as we had children & labeled 'likely to cause a mess'! The absolute worst part was the constant noise from the pub and karaoke bar just outside which made sleeping very difficult. The shower would also not maintain a constant temperature, scalding one second and freezing the next. I have stayed here multiple times but sadly this was the worst.
