Location is perfect, the balcony gives lovely sea views. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The hotel itself is dated, but that's the real charm of the place. Our room was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable 😊 It's the second time we've stayed here and will stay again.

Good location, friendly staff, room basic but clean and comfortable. Bar prices comparable to other bars around, excluding 'Spoons' plenty of choice. Didn't realise it was only 2 star until friends that were with us mentioned it. Have previously stayed in a 3 star very close the Royal Grovsner, and found the Royal Grovsner to be better.
Limited parking available, but large carpark 3 min walk away, costing £15 for 24 hrs.

One word says it all “peaceful”
Really enjoyed the calmness about the hotel.
The room felt a little claustrophobic and not enough space
The mattress on the bed was very springy and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Ideal location to walk to the theatre
Breakfast was very tasty and hot.
Overpriced for the standard of the room, very tired and basic. Breakfast room in the basement, strange layout.
