Position. Close to promenade. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Decent breakfast - always nice and hot.
Rooms nice but a bit tired. A few minor repairs and improvements - especially to the bathroom e.g. towel rail missing. One bulb missing in mirror. Plug in sink doesn’t hold water. Then an extra star would definitely have been given.

Friendly , clean and great value for money.
Small double bed but that was the only thing.
